''Darren joined our Group Marketing and Sales Team a few weeks ago. I can honestly say that in my 30 plus years of business no-one has come near to him in terms of effecting change in such a short period of time. Not only does Darren have extensive contacts in the business and sports world but he most clearly has an eye for carefully examining the detail and ascertaining the best way of approaching our business achieving our goals.

What has impressed me most has been his attention to the detail of our business, very quickly finding out as much as he could about the ways we currently operate and then using his significant skills set and knowledge to help take our business forward.

Moreover, what is endearing to both myself and my Chairman Sir Rodney Walker is that he can progress complicated issues in such  a pleasant and unassuming way that our extended team already regard him as an integral part of our future plans, which remain challenging and demanding.
